I got a great gel manicure here while on vacation! My... existing manicure just wasn’t holding up so I was so happy to get them re-done for the rest of my trip. The staff was so friendly and my nail tech constantly checked in to make sure nothing was hurting me. The price could be cheaper (35€ for the gel mani) but I was so happy with the results that it is worth the price!read more

I came for a Brazilian wax and they were flexible. I think... their main business is nails and they have some staff trained to do other services like the wax. The space was clean and the girl was very nice. For 30 euros it was fine and from other reviews I knew it wouldn’t be perfect. The wax was a bit hot, she left quite a bit of hairs, and there was wax leftover that she told me was expected and normal….which would be fine except then it gets onto your clothes and tissue paper sticks to you. Difficult to get off in the shower. Maybe invest in some of the oil that removes the wax? Or offer a moist warm towel?read more

I went here after my acrylics started to lift and I also... had one of my acrylics completely come off on a boat tour a few days prior which left my nail very sore and short! The ladies accepted me as a walk-in and completely transformed my nails! She was very gentle and even extended my broken nail! Which I didn’t even think was possible without putting on a tip. She also recommend builder gel to strengthen my nails. I would recommend!!read more

Improper technique used to remove my acrylics. Zero soaking... in acetone or anything else, she used an electric file only which was extremely painful because she was damaging my nail under and not just taking off the top layer. All of my nails have been left visibly bruised/ damaged. At the end of the treatment she put on a “vitamin c” nail polish which I think was just used to slightly colour my nail as the bruising was so bad. I was under the impression this was all included within the price of acrylic removal as I wasn’t asked about paying anything extra. I got charged €5 extra for this service.read more

I was yesterday there for my first time and I wanted them... to remove my acrylics which I had for 2 weeks. It costed 15€ without extra nailcare. The "mother" clipped first the fake nails off but needed to ask the other workers there what she needed to do, so I was a bit worried. Then another woman began filing my nails and it wasn't easy for her because my acrylics were "too hard",so she continued with an electrical trimmer. It was going well but she hurt me a lot of times, first my cuticles and then she trimmed too much from my acrylics off and she was filing my actual nails. When I told her that she told me I had too sensitive nails. I do understand that when smb takes off your nails they will be sensitive but today they hurt really bad and some are red. It took her 30 minutes. I wouldn't say that I'm not satisfied, because at least they had an appointment directly and they took them off, but it wasn't a experience I would recommend. Nevertheless they were nice and it was clean.read more

Visited salon around 2/3 weeks ago for a Hollywood wax... (Brazilian as they call it in Greece and also a Pedicure. The pedicure was great, lovely polish and very tidy. However the wax was awful. I've had this treatment many times before and am also a beauty therapist myself so I know how it should be done. I don't know if the wax wasn't ready or if it was just poor quality but she literally had to roll it off me and pick at it like you do with sticky things rather than using it to pull out the hairs, which was really painful! It was quite obvious I wasn't comfortable during the procedure and when I had a look I'd noticed that she had just snapped a lot of the hairs so they were short and stubby and not actually pulled them out. This meant I was not going to achieve the desired end result as they were then too short to wax. (hairs have to be between a certain length in order to be pulled out). There were lots of areas she had missed, but due to me not wanting more pain or stubby hairs I kept quiet. When she had finished, I was still covered in hot wax, on my ankles, legs, all the area I had had waxed and also my bottom - when I pointed this out, she gave me a massage oil to take this off (it clearly stated on the bottle, not to be used on irritated or broken skin) after a wax the skin is definitely irritated and the pores are open. I shared share my feelings again with the girl when paying who sort of shrugged it off and still insisted I pay €15 instead of €20 for the wax - I paid for the pedi in full as I was really happy with that. Since having the treatment, I have had the most ingrowing hairs I've ever had! Salon fine for nails but I wouldn't recommend having waxing done there.read more
